Ni bukan The Beautiful Life yg sudah kensel tu, tapi The Biggest Looser okk. I kenot believe i have never watched it before. memang inspiring ok. dari ratus pound boleh turun ratus2 pound jugak. hesh

kalau lah hidup sebegitu mudah.

aku masih jugak nak diet usana, tapi bila la nak start betul2. nak tunggu cikgu jenal display gambar gemok aku kat papan kenyataan lagi kah?
